Two smashed local Vermont beef patties topped with griddle onion, melted American cheese, pickles, bacon, fried onions and our house made miso maple BBQ sauce. Served with fries or a side garden salad. GF buns are available, but since we use our griddle to toast bread, our burgers are not Celiac safe. (No substitutions.)
