Mill River Monster

This monster-size burger is a chorizo-beef blend topped with a slab of rib meat, hand-battered onion rings, Vermont cheddar cheese, MRB barbecue sauce, lettuce and tomato. Served with golden-brown hand-cut French fries. (Gluten-free option.)

This burger pairs best with the Fulling Mill. The savory flavor of the burger mixed with MRB’s homemade barbecue sauce and this New England IPA create the perfect trifecta. 


Thanksgiving Burger

This juicy turkey patty is topped with fried stuffing and a sweet cranberry mayo on a homemade butternut-squash bun.

Pairs well with the Ski Bum Cerveza.


Mill River Brewing brews its own beers on-site at the brewery attached to the restaurant and smokehouse.
