Big Blue Burger

Local Boissoneault Farms beef topped with hazelnut-smoked blue cheese, hot pepper bacon jam, a fried egg, lettuce, tomato and maple-pickled onion on a brioche bun.

Pairs well with a Yorkshire porter, smoky bourbon sour or Storypoint cabernet.


Korean Burger

Half local Boissoneault Farms beef and half in-house smoked beef brisket burger topped with smoked crispy pork belly, spicy slaw, pickled daikons, spring mix, and sweet-and-spicy aioli on a toasted brioche bun.

Pairs well with 14th Star Brewing’s Maple Breakfast Stout, a gin blossom or DeLoach pinot noir.
