Marinated portobello mushroom stuffed with brown-sugar-roasted pumpkin, apples, onions, garlic, arugula, goat cheese, sage and chile pepper aioli. Served with fries. (Vegetarian option.)

Best with a pumpkin ale or Our House Bistro’s Mountain Cider (Mount Gay dark rum and sweet cider).
